Who We Are

Ms. Lindiwe S. Lester, MEd, EdS, is President & Founder, and has spent over 30 years working with leaders and teams to inspire optimal performance. Before  retiring and launching Tap In, Ms. Lester as a senior non-profit executive trained and coached  scores of internal consultants in consulting methods, coaching, executive onboarding, and strategy development to enhance over 160 affiliate non-profits in delivering their mission. 

Deeply committed to access and inclusion, Ms. Lester,  for two decades, has been engaged directly with leaders thinking collaboratively and strategically around the topic. Lindiwe, in this regard,  has coached and mentored scores of executives-of-color in growing their careers while confidently navigating real or perceived biases in their work setting.

In addition to coaching and consulting, Ms. Lester is a skilled performance-based learning leader and has deep expertise in facilitation. Lindiwe holds both master's and post-master's degrees in instructional and human performance systems, along with several executive coaching and behavior analytics certifications.
